No Sugar Challenge

We highly recommend joining the study with at least two other people—whether they are friends, family members, or colleagues. Participating with others not only provides a strong support system but also makes the experience more enjoyable. 


Every day for 1 month you will receive an email with a quick google form to fill out. For the first 2 weeks you will eat as you normally would and for the second 2 weeks you will follow the no-sugar diet.
